Enrique Chiu, was born in Guadalajara Jalisco, México.

 

Living in the border between California and Baja California.

He began his professional career in Graphic Design and Visual Arts in Mexico.

Finishing his studies in schools of Long Beach and Santa Ana California.

Bachelor in Media Arts and Design and a Bachelor in Marketing.

Seminars in Development Studies and Teaching of the Arts, public policy and cultural policy of Conaculta. And Professionalization Course Museums National Institute of Fine Arts and the National Institute of Anthropology and History.

 

Considered one of the young artists recognized not only in the border area, but on an international basis, is one of the main promoters of artistic development in several communities in Southern California, USA and some international locations as Argentina, Mexico, El Salvador , Peru, Brazil, Spain and the Middle East.

 

With over 15 years of artistic and cultural promoter.

 

• Currently Director of Art Galleries, in Tijuana, San Diego, Long Beach, and Los Angeles, California.

• Director of International Fine Arts Foundation AC in Baja California

• Founder of NFIA. (National Foundation of Independent Artists) USA

• Director C1D Art Gallery in the Arts District of Long Beach, California, United States

• Director of MAGAZINE.ORG CITIES Magazine in USA - Mexico.

• IMAC Coordinator Galleries. 2009-2010 (Municipal Institute of Art and Culture of Tijuana)

• Throughout his career he has been involved in over 430 national and international exhibitions.

And more than 80 cultural festivals, art exhibitions supporting Mexico Border - United States.
